Yes you can get it off the GTS and it has to be at least level 50 and it has to arrive from Kanto or a distant land.:) :) :)

You're wrong, Entei, Raikou and Suicune from Pokemon Colosseum(Distant Land) appear at Lv.40.

Also check the moves, though I don't know if you can in the GTS.

It is at Lv.40
Under team memo in summary, it says:
Bashful nature.

Arrived at Lv. 40.
(space)
Alert to sounds.
Happily eats anything.
Under pokemon skills, all the stats are within the range according to psypokes. And the moves & ability look right as well according to that site.
I am mainly concerned about the info under trainer memo, does that look right?

No need to be concerned, that info is fine. Everything there matches up, you have nothing to worry about.

It basically means it came from Colosseum. Does it have a national ribbon? It should.
