3rd Gen Eon ticket

You have to go to the ferry in Lilycove for it to work, NOT Slateport. I resetted for a Shiny one :)

And, if you mix records, it does pass over, but I believe it's only if the ticket was recieved legitimately in the first place.
 
Make sure you have the eon ticket in your bag, i found that the first time with me doing mix records with Ruby or Sapphire to Emerald didnt work, so check you inventory.
 
Steps ........

1. Have Eon Ticket in bag.
2. Mix records with someone. (I'm not sure but I also think they have to have the Eon Ticket too, not sure but try.)
3. Go to Lilycove City's Harbour.
4. Southern Island should be there. Latias/Latios the other one to what you don't have eill be there. Hope this helps! :)

I am unsure.. first try mixing records with someone who doesn't have eon ticket. if it works :) if not.. probs someone with eon ticket.
 
Did you already did the eon ticket event on ruby, cause if you didnt, maybe thats why? Of course thats my guess.
 
Yeah like Aeon said you need to activate the event in Ruby first, before mixing records, unless you already have 0_0
