    alright, heres my team.

    walrien: Lv100
    attacks:
    sheer cold
    ice beam
    rest
    blizzard

    glalie: Lv100
    crunch
    ice beam
    hail
    blizzard

    regi-ice: Lv83
    blizzard
    superpower
    rest
    hyper beam

    wishcash: 86
    earthquake
    fissure
    surf
    amnesia

    crawdaunt: 78
    swords dance
    crabhammer
    gulliotine
    water pulse

    milotic: Lv 100
    hydro pump
    water pulse
    recover
    rain dance

    tell me what you think

    Me likey the water/ice theme.

Hmm, you've got too many moves of one type. Milotic knows Hydro Pump and Water Pulse. Whoops. Lots of your Pokemon are like this, and it's not good. Choose the most effective move, which is not always the most powerful one, and teach each Pokemon another attack different from that type. Milotic, for example, might learn Ice Beam instead of Hydro Pump and drop Water Pulse for Surf?

It's good that you have other, non-attack moves there, though. Make sure you get a lot of Scope Lenses for those OH-KO's.

Dsareno, please don't rate when you obviously don't have a clue about what you're doing. -.- Scope Lens doesn't affect accuracy, it raises the critical hit rate by a measly 5%, the strongest move is not always the best one and OHKO moves suck, period. Oh, and chrome_angel, please provide the natures of your pokémon. They affect the efficiency of any given pokémon a lot.

    alright, heres my team.

    walrien: Lv100
    attacks:
    sheer cold Surf/Substiute
    ice beam
    rest
    blizzard Toxic/Encore

No, no, NO! Never double up on damaging moves of the same type unless there's a special effect to capitalize on like Quick Attack's first strike or suchlike and never ever use OHKO moves. Their accuracy is so pathetic that succeeding with them is all up to luck, not to mention that they're terribly N00Bish. Surf for another STAB move or Substitute to make use of Walrein's high HP and then Toxic for extra damaging potential or Encore to mess up your opponent's strategies, they'll certainly serve you way better than Blizzard and Sheer Cold.

    glalie: Lv100
    crunch
    ice beam
    hail Explosion
    blizzard Spikes/Light Screen

Meh, glalie. :\ Just drop it, it's a crappy pokémon and you've already got quite enough ice types on the team anyway.

    regi-ice: Lv83
    blizzard Ice Beam
    superpower Thunderbolt
    rest
    hyper beam Toxic/Thunder Wave

It's called Regice, mind you, not Regi-ice. Anyways, absolutely terrible move choices. Hyper Beam always sucks because it requires a recharge, making its damaging potential weaker than Return's, and sucks specifically on low-Atk pokémon like Regice. Physical moves are a waste on this thing, Ice Beam and Thunderbolt for full type coverage on the special attacks front and then either Toxic or Thunder Wave for some status inflicting to add to it.

    wishcash: 86
    earthquake
    fissure Ice Beam/Rock Slide
    surf
    amnesia Rest

Bleah, another weak one, just ditch it for something like Swampert or even Quagsire. Both will do way better.

    crawdaunt: 78
    swords dance
    crabhammer Brick Break
    gulliotine Rock Slide
    water pulse Ice Beam/Sludge Bomb

Another bad one, and what, may I ask, is the purpose of Swords Dance on a pokémon with no physical moves? This isn't D/P, you know, attack calssifications are determined by type. Unfortunately, Crawdaunt gets no STAB physical moves and has a pretty shabby selection of physical moves anyway. Really, just drop it. Again, there are many far better pokémon around.

    milotic: Lv 100
    hydro pump Surf
    water pulse Toxic
    recover Rest
    rain dance Sleep Talk

Stalker Milo owns all. 'nuff said.

    tell me what you think

Terrible team, poor type coverage and very bad movesets. Change everything would be a general guidline.

I think he ment something along the lines of use Scope-Lens so you can get OHKOs more easly. Lens does suck though. ^_^

Woah woah woah! I was just giving some tips; I never said I was a professional on Pokemon. And take it easy on the guy, it's his first post on the community.

Okay, okay, I'll admit it- Scope Lens isn't the best item out there, but it's not the worst, either. I just figured chrome_angel would like having some boost for the OH-KO's, if they're not being dropped.

And are you sure that it doesn't boost accuracy? I use one on my Kyogre for Sheer Cold and it works at least 2 times as often than without it on. Right?

Scope Lens increases the chance of critical hits, not OHKO moves. And OHKO moves are only appropriate if you use Lock-On, Smeargle comes to mind here.

I don't think its bad at all. I have beaten alot of people and alot of other trainers with pokemon like that. Its all about how well you can maneuver your pokemon in battle and what stratagies you can use. And alter ego has a few good tips in his thing. Though you were a bit harsh if I may say. His pokemon are fine, I think there good. He likes Ice types. for someone just started he is doing super. Think about it. If they are all ice, except Whishcash, crawdaunt and milotic. Some one pulls out a fire pokemon smash em with whishcash's surf or earthquake, same go's for electric type pokemon. grass shouldn't be a problem with ice moves. And Glalie can smash phsycic (Spelt that wrong) With Crunch. For flying pokemon, once again ice moves. ^^ he is actually doing quite good for a beginner, thoug like its been said a few move changes will make them super. Keep up the good work.

OHKO moves like Sheer Cold are bad. 30% accuracy and based on pure luck. Same like Horn Drill / Fissure / Sheer Cold / Gullotine.

Sorry, but any amount of Pokes can come in on this team and totally destroy it. Gengar instantly comes to mind. It Subs up and then Thunderbolts/Giga Drains the entire team away in about 7 turns. Earthquake doesn't hit Pokes that fly or have Levitate.

If you have any doubts that this is a bad team, just look at how easily all the gym leaders and the Weak 5 are beaten. If a team has a common weakness, as this team does, it will not last long. Even Regice and Milotic will not be able to prevent the onslaught.

Now, if this team is strictly an in-game team that will only battle against the crappy AI, then it is fine. The AI is geared to be beaten by a six-year old so any collection of six Pokes will work. If it is going to battle in the Battle Tower/Frontier or against other people, then chome_angel should seriously take Alter Ego's advice. And if you were able to beat other people with a team like this, then I seriously must question their skill level.

BTW - NEVER use crappy moves like Lock On in an attempt to make crappy OHKO moves hit. That might work, again, against the crappy AI, but against someone with an actual brain will just switch out on you, ruining the noobish combo.

Although Fly lets you fly up in battle, moves like Thunder and strike. Like what shanecdavis said: BTW - NEVER use crappy moves like Lock On in an attempt to make crappy OHKO moves hit. Why do some people continue in their noobish way...
