    Soo.. im new to the whole forum thing. Im playing pokemon white. Im really here just so i can trade and maybe get a few friendly battles in? And i guess since your looking, if you are, i really want an Alakazam. Bad. He's not nessicarily my favorite, but i mean. He's been in every dang game and ive never got him, becasue i didnt have a person to trade with. I know theres a trading forum section and i'll search around in there. But if you see this. Then whats the harm? Anyways, im just here to enjoy my pokemon experience and advance it in ways i couldnt before. Im a little awkward at times, but im easy to get along with, for the most part. I hope i did this post right. I'll stop typing.... now.
     
    Welcome to the community! I'm sure you're not overly awkward, or that PC actually makes you feel awkward, because if so we'll have to help you with that. :( Oh since you're interested in battling, you could join one of the wifi leagues in Tournaments and Events, within Competitive Battling Center. While trades are in the Trade Corner, you could always venture out and start battling as you're considering! As for Alakazam, that sucks. :( So there was nobody IRL you could really trade with? Oh well, as you figured out there's more than enough people here who would be willing. ;)

    And yes, you did do the post right! Hopefully we see you around here often and that you have a good time :)
     
    Thanks for the post Requility! Its not the place. I've just always been told im awkward so i just choose to roll with, ya dig? Im not quite ready for the a tournament or battles quite yet. my highest level is my lv 71 emboar, but my krookodile isnt far behind at lv 66. Well as for Alakazam, you know how it is. First im a little kid running around on Yellow with pikachu behind me just giggling because "im a pokemon master!!!!" Then i get older learn a bit more, and by then none of my friends played anymore and i didnt even think about how the DS can do wifi trades till a few days ago.

Requility covered the basics pretty much, but there are a couple more things that you might be interested in that I thought I should point out. :) Well, first, I have a new friend who has been looking for friendly battles.     I guess those who just posted have already got you covered but I recommend the Pokemon Gaming sections. Trade Corner and Competitive Battling Center are also where you should look since there's loads of stuff going on there!

    Black 2 & White 2 just got released in Japan, everyone at PC is talking about it and how awesome it is!

    Talk to anyone with a bold name if you get lost... cos PC is a big forum.
