[Other Question] Essentials Plugin Installer Error

I'm attempting to download and use the Essentials Plugin Installer, and I was able to download one or two plugins with little difficulty, but I've been trying to download more (such as the Poketch, Title Screen, and Elite Battle System plugins) and I'm ruining into many problems. I have checked and checked to make sure the program wasn't blocked by my firewall, but on top of the 'script is hanging' error I also get this one. (I haven't made enough posts to posts link so please bare with me)

I'm very new to making fan games, so my knowledge of programming is very low. I don't know where to go from here, so some help would be greatly appreciated.
(Unrelated, but I've also tried to download the files separately, and my computer gives me errors on the download, so that's fun.)
