    The ball needs far more contrast, your trainer sprite is the best thing I have ever seen from you.
     
    I like just the trainer the other... Show as though did them in 5 minutes, without no offence , and the ball need more work .
     
    The shading in your trainer sprite is slightly out, it could use a little tweaking to make it better. Try adding a few dots of your darker shade around the lip of the T-Shirt but the line just under the top of the T-shirt might work better as your second shade. Just my opinion on your trainer sprite.

    With the Espio sprites I have to say the colours are off, take a look over at SSN as they have a complete sonic palette. Otherwise a very nicely made sprite, just one question which game style is it meant to be in? Or is it in your own style?

    The espio colours were taken from the Shadow the Hedgehog art.
    The style isn't a game, its a style that Frario from Pixeltend made called 'Wario Raiders' its supposed to be style designed for the DS.
     
    I've been around in the spriting community for a few years, surprising how much of it is transferable. Anyway I've never actually seen that style but Espio's colours have always been slightly darker since he appeared back in Sonic The Comic. Anyway glad you liked the criticism I know how annoying it is not to get any decent criticisms (recently got flamed over the same thread [My sprites] that will appear here once I have 15 posts -.-).

    I like your trainer sprite, I like the way you customised a lot of it.
    Now I barely even do this much, but I am going to do a research on your trainer sprite, because at afar I can't spot anything wrong with it. xD

    Edit: It's pretty hard because I had to Print SCRN it, but I can't see anything wrong with it, So i'd give it a straight out 9/10.

    To my un-trained eye, the trainer sprite and the Espio sprite look amazing... xD
    I've spirted some myself, but not like you, mine don't have that much detail.

    I love the shading on Espio, and the mountain looks neat too.. x3
    And I'm wishing that trainer spirte was in one of the games, it be so kewl.

    I suppose it could be better... but at the same time, I love it.

    I'm no expert spriter, so Its good for people to pick my work apart and tell me how to improve.

    The shading took me a while to perfect, but Frario did help me, and others who were trying to perfect the style
    I'm remaking the trainer sprite soon.
