3rd Gen EV Training Hotspots

    I was perusing the threads earlier in this section and didn't see a topic created in relation to this, so I thought I'd start one.
    Where are the EV Training hotspots in Hoenn?
    So far I have:
    Ru/Sa/Em Hotspots
    Attack RSE: Rt. 118, 119, Super rod- Carvanha, Sharpedo.
    HP RSE: Petalburg, Rt. 102, 114, Surf- Marill. Goldeen also rarely appears in Emerald. Rusturf tunnel- Whismur.
    Special Attack RSE: Rt. 113, Grass- Spinda (and Slugma in Em.). Skarmory are very rare in the area.
    Special Defense RSE: Rt. 134, Surf, Abandoned ship, Surf, Super Rod- Tentacool. I'm not sure if there are Wingull in the area in Em., but I believe there are only Tentacool just outside of Slateport in RS.
    Speed RSE: Rt. 118, Grass- Wingull, Zigzagoon, Linoone, Electrike, and Manetric. Kecleon are very rare in the area.

    Fr/Lg Hotspots
    Attack FrLg: Mt. Moon B1: Paras.
    Defense FrLg: Rt. 21, Grass- Tangela.
    HP EV FrLg: Three Isle port- Dunsparce.
    Special Attack FrLg: Lavender Town, Pokemon Tower- Gastly, Haunter. Cubone are rare in the area.
    Special Defense FrLg: Rt. 20, 21, Surf- Tentacool
    Speed: Rt. 1, Grass- Ratata, Pidgey. Diglett cave- Diglett, Dugtrio.

    What other EV training hotspots are available in RSE or FRLG?
    If you post hotspots, make sure they're available in all games of the series (EG: Fr and Lg, Ruby and Sapphire. Emerald. RSE is also usually the case)

    Speed EV (Fr/Lg) Diglett cave (Diglett/Dugtrio)

    I think that should be all accurate.
