EV'd?

No. HP should be 711 with max EVs in HP I believe.

HP for Blissey is maxxed at 714 with max IVs and EVs.

That definately is an EVed Pokemon as its defense is pretty high.

Go see if you can get your Effort Ribbon in Sunnyshore City

if you get it that means its maxed out..

But thsts a good Blissey though. Its HP IVs suck I think but its Defense IVs are near max. Probably around 26 I am guessing.

let's assume it has 252 evs in defense. that means there are at at least 23 ivs in defense.

sp defense: there are at least 24 ivs in sp def.

HP: either there is near 0 ivs in hp, or the evs in HP are at around 136-200 evs in HP.

so your defense is maxed, but your HP is not. that means that it is trained, but not FULLY.

Maybe those of Hp that arent there are in Sp attack.I still wont use it in Battle.

no, i don't think there are any in special attack. if there are, then the ivs in sp attack must be very low.

the ivs in sp attack are 25. if they put any evs into sp atk, then that means the ivs are lower than 25.

it has evs in hp and atk. it has a few evs in sp atk and speed.

in all honesty, it is horribly trained.
