Every Pokémon is someone’s favourite

Have you ever heard the phrase 'Every Pokémon is someone's favourite'? And have you ever wondered if it's true? And in what amount? These are the questions that float through my brain every time I hear that saying. Well you lucky folks get to be part of my grand experiment.

The experiment:
I made three spreadsheets, and I'm going to see not only if every Pokémon is in fact someone's favourite, but also how many people's favourite it is.

Your role:
You can put the favourite of you, your friends or just an acquaintance as a reply, doesn't matter if someone has said it before.

The faults of the experiment:
The fats lie mainly with the second part of the experiment: how many favourites are there? There is the possibility for overlap between people as we don't just have to name our own. This makes those numbers untrustworthy. Thankfully that is not my main objective with this experiment.

The problem with these experiments is that you'll never manage to get a response from EVERY Pokémon fan out there, therefore never landing on a concrete answer.

Inclined to call Mothim my favorite atm, but Dunsparce, Wartortle, Flareon, and Alolan Sandslash are super close. Houndoom is the fav of one of my friends (though he's also said at various points that Duskull, Castform, and Murkrow are his fav). Another friend's favorite was Blitzle iirc, another Psyduck, another Piplup, another Smoochum, another Lucario, and at least two had Eevee or Snorlax as a favorite. A former classmate's fav was Torterra, but idk if it's changed by now. One of my cousins' fav is Darkrai, another Sneasel last I checked (or maybe it's just the one I always associated with him?). Sister's inclined to pick Lapras, my mom Pikachu (of course), my Dad Suicune, aunt Florges, and grandma Poliwag, though none of them are/were really "Pokémon fans."

Online I've came across people with Charizard, Sandshrew, Gengar, Porygon2, Blissey, Ursaring, Blaziken, Mudkip, Masquerain, Breloom, Mawile, Flygon, Gorebyss, Latios, Jirachi, Luxio, Wormadam (Sandy Cloak), Gallade, Rotom, Shaymin (Sky Forme), Binacle, Goomy, and Spidops as faves, among many others I'm sure.

EDIT: Another friend/classmate's fav was Marowak.

I don't know about that. There's some Pokemon I highly doubt anyone would ever say is their favorite. Such as Bruxish. But, going to be real with you, I'm not downloading these files, sorry, I'm suspicious.

Found this poll on Reddit before. [Link to the Reddit thread]. Drew over 52000 responses. Resulted in four Pokemon not being selected: Gothita, Eelektrik, Silcoon, and Yungoos. Tallied 10 votes for Bruxish.

Edit: Not quite the same question, but the Johto Times Favorite Pokemon Poll. [Link to the results]. Allowed 6 picks per generation, not just 1 across all generations. Managed at least 1 vote on all Pokemon, though. Indicates some level of love for all Pokemon.

I'd bet that every Pokémon from Kanto, plus every Pokémon that isn't a middle stage, is someone's favorite.

But this is impossible to know, because even if you could get an answer from everyone, some of them would be probably meme picks. I remember there was an official survey at some point and the only Pokémon with zero votes was Gothorita.
