omg!!! get rid of swords dance and replace it with rock throw or rock tomb!!! : O
I'd say 72 HP / 252 Atk / 184 Spe.
He already has Stone Edge, no need for two Rock moves.

It really depends on what your aiming for.
If it's meant to be a sweeper, make it Jolly with 252 Speed, 252 Atk, and 4 Def EV's
Also, I'd replace Superpower, and change it for EQ or X-Scissor, and give it a Life Orb
