I have an electevire with piss poor Attack IVs T.T But it has an attack nature. So..which affects stats the most? IVs, EVs or natures?

I have an electevire with piss poor Attack IVs T.T But it has an attack nature. So..which affects stats the most? IVs, EVs or natures?
EVs can only add on a set amount, Natures are a percentage, so most likely IVs play the biggest role.

Yea sounds like it has bad EV's. Retrain it and get better EV's.

EVs can add up to 63 points to a stat.
IVs can add up to 31.
Natures give a 10% increase.
I'd say EVs add the most, but I think natures and IVs outweigh EVs.
