I like that! As far as I see, it's flawless, but I could be wrong. 9.9/10

That is totally nice. Only problem IMHO is that Blaziken is standing on air. Maybe zoom in, show from waist up...

It is alright that it is standing in the air. I think it is really good and not overpowered at all. The only problem I see is that the retreat cost symbols are a bit too close to the words, "Retreat Cost". That's about it.:) Good job.
