    How many of you actually played this or had an interest in it? I thought it was a really good game and the company went in the right direction when giving the game a new sort of feel while still keeping the original feel of an RPG. I thought it was great that you could choose to be good or evil or just remain in between if you tried hard enough. Granted the game was way to short and in terms of such RPG's it was very limited (compared to games like Elder Scrolls), but I still think it was a very enjoyable game.

    When they released the Lost Chapters I grabbed a copy and again was quite surprised that they had added another village and more sidequests at the end, it took a nice twist and added a little more excitement to the game, but still felt a little closed. I suppose it didn't have the sort of free roaming feel to it as Oblivion had becuase there was no feild to wander about I suppose, but comparing it to Oblivion all the time is a little wrong as they are two seperate games.

    With the release of Fable 2 in two thousand and nine and the great reviews it has been having just from mear talk of what the game is going to entale, I'm really looking forward to the release of Fable two =D

    If only they had added X box ach points onto the Live release of Fable ;-;
     
    I played Fable at my friend's place when it first came out. From what I saw, it looked pretty good and like you said, the actions you make that result in your character becoming good or evil was great fun playing with. I got my XBOX a little while after that and bought Lost Chapters the moment it hit the shelves. I agree that it wasn't as freeroam as Oblivion, but I did enjoy it, I dunno how long I spent just grinding to pump up my skills, but once I did, it was all immense fun going around obliterating everything that moved.

    Fable 2 looks great too and I wish I hadn't traded in my 360 for a Wii (stupid ring of death). But I am planning on buying an Elite once I've saved up enough, and F2 will definitely be on my list.
     
    You have until 09 to get one anyways lol. Wii games are all good anyways, so I wouldn't feel bad XD

    In fable 2 the way you act has an effect on the actions of your dog which I thought was awesome! For one you get to havea pet dog and two it actually has some sort of a personality XD I've heard you can mess with its appearance as well as your own as well ^_^ You can also settle down properly and raise a family, not jsut have a partner ^_^ I'm quite looking forward to it =D
     
    I always loved to go in the guild, go to the staircase near the experience thing, then make guards come, beat the crap outta them, then run to the EXP thing to learn a spell. Goes on for hours.
     
    I am hoping for a way to play online with other people around the world and go obliterating ANYTHING that is capable of moving xD

    My friend just kept talking to me about the lost chapters (i didn't got it ]: ) and the new village and stuff but right now i am just trying to forget that and hoping to get to 09 to grab a 360 with fable 2 as my first game xD.
     
    I used to be a big Lionhead fan because of The Movies game so I tried this. I thought it was pretty good. I'll ahve to think to see if I want to get Fable 2...
     
    I dont own Fable but my brother does (and he own's LC too :()
    I probably wont get it but he will so I'll wait till he gets it then play it when he's asleep ;)
    So yeah i think the Fable series are awesome.
     
    I think I remember reading in a magazine that Fable 2 will be completely on line, so that you can play the game through with a friend like you can in Overlord. That I am looking forward to so I can play it with my BF. So it will be a nice touch. I'm just hoping they don't make it too action orientated like the screenpics show, I want it to have anice story/backstory and a decent amount of traveling/intereaction as well as a nice bit of action, but not too much of one thing.
     
    I'm playing it at the moment I got into a conversation about it with a friend next thing I know he gave me the game. Well let me borrow it.

    Fable2 looks interesting loving fable at the moment so im going to look into buying it :D
