    They sorta died. You could just ask a person if they want to be twins or rivals and post it on your sig and stuff.

    I'm still confused about it I've been here almost a year:P We'll figure it out sooner or later*falls over*
     
    It's really simple actually. Twins, Triplets, Evil Twins, Pair, Brother, Sister, Sidekick, etc. Anything you can think of doing with another person there is most likely a pair for it. Check out the link Mizu-kun gave you.
