So yeah. Fan-made Brawl characters. I'm going to see how this goes.
Being the TWEWY fanboy I am, I'll start with Neku Sakuraba.
Costume 1: Normal purple-clothed Neku.
Costume 2: Blue recolor
Costume 3: Red recolor
Costume 4: Green recolor
Costume 5: Sho Minamimoto equips, complete with hat. xD
Costume 6: Red headphones and a black snake skin pattern on his shirt, with appropriate recoloring.
Yes, Kitaniji's clothes.
Neutral Special: Big Hit- Summons a large sword made of light, which Neku can charge before unleashing a large over-the-head slash with it. cannot store charge. Compare to Roy/Marth/Ike's charge attacks.
Side Special: Invisibility- Neku flips a pin and becomes temporarily invisible, only seen by a shadow. Neku's running speed and jumping height increase dramatically while invisible, and if used in the air, both jumps will work airborne. Neku can be hit while this works, though.
Down Special: Vortex Saber- Neku performs a spinning slash which pushes foes away some.
Up Special: Vulcan Uppercut- Rather like Mario's super jump punch, an uppercut resulting in many hits, and one bigger one at the end. Good range, but doesn't provide much lift.
Final Smash: Fusion Ray: Neku jumps off-screen, and a Reaper's Decal-shape sight appears. the first press of a button launches one slice, the second another, and the third one launches a large multi-hit beam with one massive hit. If all three presses are used in quick succession in one spot, large multi-hit light beams appear in the ground nearby. Think: death of Final Boss.
Approximate Speed/Power: 7.5 speed (Sonic's speed being 10), 4.0 power (Bowser's approx. power being 10), but Big Hit and Vortex Saber are very strong.
