For me its:
Kanto- Charmander (Not only is the little lizard cute but it can evolve into a strong pokemon which still IMO looks cute.)
Johto- Chickorita (A little pokemon that goes "Chickor" with a leaf on its hed. Awwwwww)
Hoenn- Torchic (and is my most favourite starter. It evolves into the Ultimate Blaziken! :) )

Charmander is just the best todidle is just plain strong cute and great attacks and trochic is just awsome
but i dont mean to be rude or anything but andone who likes chicoreta must be stuffed in the brain it has gotta be the worst starter pokemon in all 3 generations

Cyndaquil! I just love 'em! Especially Quilava though. It's just so cute, and Quilava's so cool, and Typhlosion is just as good. Somehow, they're just perfect to me.

Blastioise is one of the my favorite Pokemon. When I first got my game, gold, I was bummed that you couldn't get a Blastoise.

Cyndaquil was my first ever Pokemon. From my gold version.

Mudkip was my first introduction into advance. I shall miss him...
