This would be my ideal team if Pokemon were real. There are a few others that didn't get included but they're the best combination I could think of.

    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers ** Gen
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 196 Atk / 184 Spd / 128 SAtk
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Focus Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunder
I'd like to thank Levski for this Gengar set. I decided to add Thunder in place of Sludge Bomb, but this has helped me on a number of occasions.
I used to use an Elemental Gengar with max speed and spec attack.

    Gardevoir (F) @ Leftovers ** Lisa
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 176 HP / 154 Def / 20 Spd / 160 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Psychic
    - Thunderbolt
    - Will-O-Wisp
    <3

    Blaziken (M) @ White Herb ** Lee
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SAtk
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Bulk Up
    - Overheat
    - Rock Slide
    - Sky Uppercut
Yep, not using Reversalken anymore. Bulk up to go along with Lisa's W-o-W so it can power up against a physical attacker with ease.

    Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers ** Draco
    Trait: Inner Focus
    EVs: 52 HP / 204 Atk / 184 Spd / 68 SAtk
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Thunder
    Wewt.

    Venusaur (M) @ Leftovers ** Bo
    Trait: Overgrow
    EVs: 88 HP / 56 Atk / 219 Def / 147 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Leech Seed
    - Sleep Powder
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Swords Dance
I'd have Dodaitose but NB doesn't have it yet and I've had an attatchment to Venusaur ever sense this ASB battle I had.

    Jolteon (F) @ Leftovers ** Sparkina
    Trait: Volt Absorb
    EVs: 80 HP / 176 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Agility
    - Baton Pass
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Substitute
Mainy to speed up Lisa or Bo. HP Grass for unsuspecting Swamperts.

Others I could've used are: Areodactyl, Steelix, Ampharos, Forretress, and Nidoking.

    more accurate.

    Gardevoir @ Leftovers
    Modest
    - Psychic
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hypnosis
    - Calm Mind / Recover

    dragonite @ leftovers
    adamant
    - substitute
    - focus punch
    - ice beam
    - thunderbolt

    my opinions.

I perfer Thunder because it packs more of a punch, and Gengar doesn't have the kind of special attack my Elemental Gengar did. Plus the higher Paralasys chance is nice...
Same with Dragonite. Thunder ruins Skarmory.
... and Adamant on Dragonite would hurt the spec attacks. O_o DDnite is more effective for me.

Hypnoses is less accurate than W-o-W. No thanks. x_x

Also I've adjusted Gengar's EVs to those of the Mc Gar in Mullet's guide.

Lugialord's Gengar and Dragonite are SUPER redundant. I believe Sludge Bomb would've been better on Gar 'coz of STAB. Besides, you've got Gardevoir and Nite for electric attacks so on Gar, it's pretty meh... But then again, taking into account the SpAtk of a Gar, it could work, too.

Venusaur needs work. If you run into another Grass/Poison, there's nothing for you to do. I think HP Ice to counter Flying and other Grass Walls and also random Dragons will do the trick.

Gengar with Sludge Bomb fails without Choice Band or an SD pass.

Venusaur with Swords Dance and STAB sludge bomb pretty much beat other grass types, so there's no worries there, though SD pretty much fails on Venusaur.

I find it funny that everyone missed the fact that Jolteon has no Thunderbolt. Remove Agility, as it serves no purpose on this team.
