Filling national Dex

Hi guys, ive been filling my living Pokedex at the same time as my National pokedex and so far ive completed Gen 1 and am nearly finished gen 2.
Heres a list of what im missing from gen 2:

Missing Pokemon
215 sneasel
225 delibird
226 mantine
228 houndour
229 houndoom
230 kingdra
233 porygon2
238 smoochum
240 magby
242 blissey
243 raikou
248 tyranitar

Now possibly forgetting raikou, can anyone provide me with these guys for my living dex? I can provide a Manaphy as imported from Ranger as payment if you ask for it. Manaphy is cloned through PokeSav, only have a few left.

I can breed you most of the Pokemon you asked for (only excluding the legends and Porygon2 that requires a trade holding an UpGrade to evolve). I can breed them for you to keep and trade you the legendaries which I actually want back eventually. Pm me for more info :)

Update, got Raikou

I do have a Porygon and I think I could probably get an Up-grade to trade it with, but I will need that Porygon 2 back, either permanently (ideally) or just so I can get it as "captured" on my Pokédex as well.

Hey Charizard, no worries, thats fine, dont worry about Lugia or Porygon2 then Ive got them in my dex just dont have them physically.

I have a Porygon(1) so I guess I can get some BP and get an UpGrade if we can trade that over then back to help me get Porygon2? ill be on game in approx 3 hours if thats cool. Cheers
