Filling Pokedex

    Hey, I've been trying to fill my pokedex on pokemon x. Apparently if you fill the pokedex you can get an item which will help with breeding shiny pokemon. There's one I'm having trouble getting as its event and few people have it genesect. Would anyone be willing to lend me one to complete my pokedex as it can't be traded through Gts (with my keldo as guarantee) ...
     
    I don't think you need genesect to get the shiny charm you're looking for. Rather I believe all you need is to have captured every non event pokemon in the national pokedex
     
    If you really want in your Dex, I can lend you a Genesect but just for the trade. I remember how desperate I was to get all the Pokémon, so I'd be glad to help
     
    I have a live national dex in X/OR so, let me know what you need to finish, and ill hook you up.

    Also the items you are talking about are the oval charm and the shiny charm.
    The oval charm is obtained by completing the Kalos Dex (excluding Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Diancie, Hoopa, and Volcanion.) and speaking to Prof. Syncamore, and increases the odds of your pokemon creating an egg when left at the day care

    The shiny charm is obtained by completing the national dex and again speaking to Prof. Syncamore (event pokemon not needed) and this charm increases the chance of shiny pokemon appearing in the wild (or in eggs).

    So as mentioned Genesect isnt actually needed, but I went to the effort of collecting and keeping all 719 pokemon (hoopa and volcainian to come) so if youre missing anyone hit me up and ill send them your way

    Ive collected a national dex in every game going back to R/B/Y, and well, after doing it in Gen VI (and that took forever) I decided its getting a tad rediculous, So i bought pokebank, so Gen VII I only need to obtain the new ones, and I can shift the old collection forward.

    Only reason I didnt move Gen IV to V was that god damn minigame thing moving 6 pokemon at a time, it was a nightmare. And then couldnt do V to VI because I lent my Gen V games to a friend, and he decided to finish it, with like 20 pokemon, so started a fresh in X. Had it complete 2 days before OR came out. But to be fair, I only bought X 3 weeks prior, because I was preordering OR and realized I never actually played X/Y.
