Final Fantasy Versus XIII

    Is anyone else looking forward to this game? It's for the PS3 and is being developed by the same team that made Kingdom Hearts(and KH2). Since it's classified as an Action-RPG, many gamers expect it to play alot like Kingdom Hearts, but there's no hard evidence on that.

    Supposedly the main character has many floating weapons, which he can choose to use in combat physically or make them circle himself to use as a barrier/shield.

    Being a huge KH fan, I'm hoping for this game to play similarly.
    By the way, if the KH series is over, this game is a logical advancement for the KH team and PS3. I'm hoping that's not the case(it probably isn't, but I'll say it just for the suspense), but until further notice, this may be the KH team's major offering to the next generation consoles.

    KH isn't over. You got the whole ending on KH2, and then the dude that makes the games said there's going to be a third or something like that (Kevin knows more).
    I'm going to buy the game, but I'm looking forward to Final Fantasy XIII more then Versus.
     
    Final Fantasy is dead to me. It's been dead to me ever since the release of VII. Though this game looks interesting, and I'll most likely get it if I decide to buy a PS3, I do not think it deserves to be a part of the FF series because it's radically different from its predecessors. FF is supposed to have turn based or ATB battles. I just don't understand why they can't stick with tradition.
