It's the first time I am using EV's in the game, so I really need help.
    1) Mew@Lum Berry
    Timid nature
    252 EV special attack/200 HP/55 speed
    Synchronize trait
    ~Psychic
    ~Calm Mind
    ~Dragon Pulse
    ~Baton Pass
Calm Mind is used here to make a good pass for Wailord. Dragon Pulse suprises many, and isn't resisted by many, so it is a good option.

    2) Absol@Scope Lens
    Jolly nature
    252 EV speed/252 attack/6 HP
    Super Luck trait
    ~Swords Dance
    ~Night Slash
    ~Baton Pass
    ~Psycho Cut
With a critical, Night Slash will case 210 base damage. Coming from a base 135 attack, few will take this lightly. Also passes for Arcanine and Banette.

    3) Wailord@Leftovers
    Bold nature
    200 EV HP/155 defense/100 special defense/52 special attack
    Oblivious trait
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Surf
    ~Rest
    ~Sleep Talk
It's a pity it doesn't get any better recovery move, but still, with sleep talk and Calm Minds beeing passed to it, it can make many stuck.

    4) Arcanine@Salac Berry
    Jolly Nature
    252 EV speed/ 252 attack/6 HP
    Flash Fire trait
    ~Flare Blitz
    ~Endure
    ~Extremespeed
    ~Reversal
Get it into a fire attack, and Flare Blitz will case more damage than Explosion. And just when your'e wired out from recoil, Endure and Reversal the way. Extremespeed so it won't have to suicide against Quick Attackers.

    5) Banette@Scope Lens
    Jolly Nature
    252 EV speed/155 HP/ 100 speed
    Insomnia trait
    ~Shadow Claw
    ~Pursuit
    ~Will-o-Wisp
    ~Facade
As it cannot be put asleep, Facade is quite an obvious choise. Pursuit covers pretty much the same things as Shadow Claw, and is useful for those Psychics running away. Will-o-Wisp is obvious.

    6) Manoswine@Chesto Berry
    Careful nature
    252 EV special defense/252 HP/6 attack
    Oblivious trait
    ~Avalanche
    ~Earthquake
    ~Rest
    ~Curse
I'm not using hail on this team, so oblivious is obvious. makes a combination of a tank and a sweeper, of sort.

Why do you insist on using all of those colors. ;_; I almost didn't approve this because of that. The colors add nothing to your RMT.

    Is this an ingame team?

If this is for wifi, Mew is uber, Scope Lens is hax, so they are both banned.

Chesto Restin' sucks, and perhaps you din't realize how slow & fragile a Bannete really is.

The opponent won't waste time with status, they'll just knock it out on the spot. So that strategy is out the window. You have no Rapid Spinner, so Arcanine will have major trouble with that Reversal set.

I have a good friend to pass me a Mew.
    So how should Manoswine recover?
    I don't like Rapid Spin. It's a waste.
And Iv'e used Banette several times before, it's defenses are only average. but...
And yes, it is an in game.
    What is wifi?

I had a nice rate and arguament planned out and then i saw it was in game, so i realised it was pointless. ANYTHING can win in-game

    And wifi is online battling

Well, Gofre said it. This is a pointless thread, sorry to say.

But just to ask, how will you deal with losing 30% of your health EVERY time you switch? Or, how many times can Arcanine switch? Spikes/Stealth Rock will destroy this team, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Of course Banette would be great in game. But those are all robots, computers, that my 5 year old niece can beat. Against real thinking opponents, they won't be so one dimensional.

On a second thought, are you sure Extremespeed does well on Arcanine? What about Overheat or Agility?

Why are threads like this allowed. ._.

If you want to succeed in-game, level up. If you want to succeed on wi-fi, scrap the whole team and start over.

Also no serious Pokemon tourney bans Scope Lens.

Explain me so what are the problems? I'll try the wifi.

If you insist. I'm far from the best rater here, but I think I should be able to help somewhat.

I'm editing out those gay colors, though.

It's the first time I am using EV's in the game, so I really need help.

    Mew@Leftovers
    Timid nature
    220 Spe/ 252 SAtk/ 36 HP
    Synchronize trait
    ~Psychic
    ~Calm Mind
    ~Aura Sphere
    ~Baton Pass

Calm Mind is used here to make a good pass for Wailord. Dragon Pulse suprises many, and isn't resisted by many, so it is a good option.

First, and most obvious, Mew is an Uber- it's banned from standard matches. Nobody is going to fight you if you use it.

Now that that's out of the way, I can kind of see where you were going with this- the problem is, Wailord sucks. With base 45 defenses, he'll need 6 Calm Minds to be even close to useful. At which point, Phazers come in to make those boosts moot.

I dunno about those EVs, but I do know that Mew needs a lot more Speed. You may want to max it out to be safe. As for Dragon Pulse, Mew already has an attack that is resisted by few- Psychic, which your set already has. In addition, Psychic gets STAB, meaning Dragon Pulse is useless. Throw in Aura Sphere for coverage. Or, you can take off Psychic for something else to score supereffective hits on Pokes that otherwise wall you.

Leftovers over Lum Berry since Lefties are more reliable.

    Absol@Scope Lens
    Jolly nature
    252 EV speed/252 attack/6 HP
    Super Luck trait
    ~Swords Dance
    ~Night Slash
    ~Baton Pass
    ~Psycho Cut
With a critical, Night Slash will case 210 base damage. Coming from a base 135 attack, few will take this lightly. Also passes for Arcanine and Banette.

I dunno about this guy- sure, he's powerful and all, but he's got 75 base Speed- anything you don't kill on the switch will turn Absol into roadkill, given his nonexistant defenses. Also, criticals aren't really something to be relied on, even with high-crit attacks.

Also, I'm pretty sure Scope Lens doesn't increase the crit rate of attacks that already have a high-crit rate, like Night Slash and Psycho Cut.

    Wailord@Leftovers
    Bold nature
    252 Def/ 252 SDef/ 6 HP
    Oblivious trait
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Surf
    ~Rest
    ~Sleep Talk
It's a pity it doesn't get any better recovery move, but still, with sleep talk and Calm Minds beeing passed to it, it can make many stuck.

I said this before, but Wailord sucks. He's got monstrous HP, but base 45 Defenses (which should both be maxed out if you seriously plan on using him). I know you plan on passing Calm Minds, but even with that, Wailord won't last long- especially if a physical sweeper switches in, at which point you'll be forced to give up your Calm Minds and get out of there. You'll really want a better wall.

    Arcanine@Salac Berry
    Jolly Nature
    252 EV speed/ 252 attack/6 HP
    Flash Fire trait
    ~Flare Blitz
    ~Endure
    ~Extremespeed
    ~Reversal
Get it into a fire attack, and Flare Blitz will case more damage than Explosion. And just when your'e wired out from recoil, Endure and Reversal the way. Extremespeed so it won't have to suicide against Quick Attackers.

At least it isn't completely ruined by Spikes and SR. However, given the scarcity of Fire moves in the current metagame (outside of Will-o-Wispl), you won't have much luck getting the Flash Fire boost. Still, Endure/ Reversal sets aren't very reliable, since they tend to be horribly raped by Sandstorm. And given the recoil from Flare Blitz, he really won't last long. Get someone who can stick around for more than three turns.

Also, Flare Blitz doesn't cut the opponent's defense in half before attacking, so Explosion is still more powerful.

    Banette@Scope Lens
    Jolly Nature
    252 EV speed/155 HP/ 100 speed
    Insomnia trait
    ~Shadow Claw
    ~Pursuit
    ~Will-o-Wisp
    ~Facade
As it cannot be put asleep, Facade is quite an obvious choise. Pursuit covers pretty much the same things as Shadow Claw, and is useful for those Psychics running away. Will-o-Wisp is obvious.

Banette sucks. I have no idea why people insist on using him.

Anyway, Banette's defenses and HP are all in the lower Base 60s- who the hell would bother statusing something that can be killed by a gentle summer breeze? By that same token, Will-o-Wisp serves little purpose, as most Pokes can out speed Banette- and few would bother switching out, which takes out Pursuit. Banette just isn't very good- that's why he's UU.

    Manoswine@Leftovers
    Careful nature
    252 EV special defense/252 HP/6 attack
    Oblivious trait
    ~Avalanche
    ~Earthquake
    ~Rest/ Ice Shard
    ~Sleep Talk/ Curse
I'm not using hail on this team, so oblivious is obvious. makes a combination of a tank and a sweeper, of sort.

Snow Cloak is still better than Oblivious- what if an opponent uses a Hail team?

Anyway, Chesto-resting isn't good. Chesto Berry works once, and then it's gone. So if Mamo wants to recover again, he's gonna have to wait out the remaining turns while he gets a brutal beating by whatever the opponent has out. If you want to run Rest, get Sleep Talk over Curse. Otherwise, just put in Ice Shard.

I'd recommend scrapping this team entirely, and starting over if you plan on going into Wi-Fi.

Okay, lock this tread as well. This time I won't be using those colors.
