I was wondering if someone can tell me where i can find Fire Blast. If there is no place or way to find it, how can i teach it to my Dragapult?

Fire Blast is a Technical Record (TR15 to be precise) meaning that you can only obtain it via a vendor in the Wild Area or by completing an appropriate Max Raid. The bad news is that both methods involve randomness: the TRs being sold differ depending on the day and the pokemon that gives out Fire Blast has a random chance of appearing in a raid. You can check which pokemon gives Fire Blast on Serebii by searching for TR15.
You can fix both of these by employing the Raid Exploit to change the days to get Fire Blast in one of the vendor's inventories and/or getting the right pokemon to appear in a raid.
