    Hardy Nature (Neutral)
    - Giga Drain/Hidden Power [Grass]/Magical Leaf/Razor Leaf
    - Leech Seed
    - Sleep Powder
    - Sludge Bomb/Synthesis

Well..............What's with the Hardy Nature................What's with the EVs.........You know you can go to Expert on Team Builder to fix its stats.............You should do that.

    Houndoom (M) @ Petaya Berry
    Trait: Early Bird
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
    - Endure/Substitute
    - Crunch
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Electric]

You can use Endure-Petaya if you can predict well, and if you can't, use Substitute. Please don't give it Defense EVs. It probably won't even stand one HP Flying from Salamence even without any Dragon Dances in play.

    Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 83 HP / 83 Atk / 84 Def / 84 Spd / 88 SAtk / 88 SDef
    Hardy Nature (Neutral)
    - Rain Dance
    - Hydro Pump/Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Toxic

Take advantage of Swift Swim. It doesn't need Speed EVs because after you use Rain Dance it will have 412 Speed, which is enough to outspeed about everything you need. I would possibly max out its HP and put some in Special Attack and the rest into defenses.

    Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 196 HP / 252 Atk / 60 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Fire Blast/Rock Slide
    - Dragon Dance

DDMence is better. CBMence is coolest.

    Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Fire Punch
    - Calm Mind
    - Recover
    - Psychic

You better not even try to raise its Defenses with Barrier. Its a waste of time. You should always have Psychic on Alakazam somewhere because with a couple Calm Minds and the STAB it will hammer things. Fire Punch for Steel-types.

    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 8 HP / 251 Def / 251 SDef
    Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
    - Hyponsis/Substitute
    - Destiny Bond/Explosion/Fire Punch/Focus Punch/Giga Drain/Ice Punch/Thunderbolt
    - Fire Punch/Giga Drain/Ice Punch/Thunderbolt
    - Fire Punch/Giga Drain/Ice Punch/Thunderbolt

You sort of *cough* majorly messed up Gengar. It can't even learn Sludge. I would give it lots of Speed and a good amount of Attack if you like Focus Punch. I would give it a lot of Special Attack no matter what. Also, next time make your EVs divisible by four so they can work at their full potential.

Im going to puke on my screen if you dont change those EVs, and its 252-252-6 not 251, its divisble by 4, not 3

    Venusaur (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Overgrow
    EVs: 252 HP / 108 Def / 148 SDef
    Bold/Calm Nature

    - Giga Drain/Razor Leaf/Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Leech Seed
    - Sleep Powder
    - Synthesis

Toxic-Seed is obsolete and won't work in a game full of Substitutes, Taunts, and Heal Bells. Furthermore, it interferes with Sleep Powder. Normally, i would suggest Sludge Bomb as your attacking move, but you have a Swampert weak, so a Grass move is the way to go.

    Houndoom (M) @ Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EVs: 40 HP / 216 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
    - Pursuit

    - Crunch
    - Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Grass]

Haha, Counter. What Fighting, Ground, or Rock Moves can it survive to Counter back? Nothing, if you use your -Defense Nature.
There's not much use to Houndoom without Pursuit. Pursuit is the only attack that hits before the opponent switches, and it's a guaranteed KO on Alakazam, Gengar, and takes out around 60% on Celebi and Dusclops.
Also, Flash Fire is the better of the two traits.

    Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 100 HP / 252 SAtk / 156 SDef
    Modest Nature

    - Hydro Pump
    - Ice Beam
    - Rain Dance
    - Toxic

Use Rain Dance Kingdra or don't use Kingdra at all.

    Salamence (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    - Hidden Power [Flying]

    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast
    - Rock Slide

    CBMence is the best.

    Alakazam (M) @ Lum Berry
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature
    - Psychic

    - Calm Mind
    - Recover/Substitute
    - Fire punch

Lol, why are you using an Alakazam with only Thunderpunch and no Psychic? A Ground type will own you so bad that it's not even funny.

    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 220 Atk / 188 Def / 100 SDef
    Hasty Nature
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Punch

Can Gengar even learn Sludge? I think you meant to put Sludge Bomb. But there are better options, the above being one of the standards. Also, first sign of a noob : using Double Team. I'm sure you don't want other people to think that you're a noob, so don't use it.

    ~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

How about HP EVs on Gengar? You have a -Defense Nature which I can understand but I would move the Defense EVs into HP.

Crap, I wasn't using NB at the time so I was just typing it out by hand and forgot to change Def and SDef to Spd and SAtk.
