I am in the process of beating XD for the second time (the game sucks; I'm doing it for Lugia). I was thinking, since Lugia will no doubt be one of my super-party Pokemon on Diamond when I get it (I live in the USA), I might as well get a moveset and EV info down before I catch it (so I can try to get a certain nature and stuff). So, what moves/nature/Effort Values should I give my Lugia?
Please keep in mind that I WILL be trading this Pokemon (half-finished probably) to Diamond later. So I'll need some moves for now and moves for later.
