    What was the first thing you ever bought with your own money?

    Well, the first thing you can remember buying, anyway.

    The first thing I bought with money that I got with pocket money from my parents was this bad boy:

    The first thing I bought with money that I'd gone out and worked for in an actual job was Minecraft.
     
    Oh boy, I remember it like it was only 4 years ago.
    I got my first job at a Pharmacy and since I started at a weird time, they held my paycheck for an extra week, so I had 3 weeks pay on my first paycheck rather that 2 weeks.

    I got the paycheck, made out with it a little, went out to GameStop and bought a Red DS Lite with Pokemon Diamond.
    That was about the time I started getting back into Pokemon too.
     
    A piece of candy most likely... unless you mean money that I actually legitimately worked for... then it would be a video game, although I don't remember which. The wii was actually one of the first things I bought though.

    We were at a circus, and I had five dollars for my first ever allowance. I wanted to get cotton candy, so my parents said they'd buy it for me. But I insisted on paying for it myself. Best 3 dollars I ever spent in my life.
     
    idk, knowing me it was probably a video game or some Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. I really don't remember what exactly was the first thing I bought with my own money, but it was probably something along those lines.
     
    The first thing I remember buying with my own money was a giant Charizard plushie. It's at my mom's house lol. First major purchase was Pokemon Sapphire. what is my life

    It happened when I was on 1st grade, there was this store in my school and I bought it there xD
     
    If it was pocket money given to me then it probably was a candy bar or something similar. First thing I ever bought with money I earned myself was a gift for someone. Which is also the last thing I bought with my own money too. I hate to spend my money on myself. I'll usually go to a store pick up something and plan on buying it until I finally get to the register and then I'll convince myself I don't need it and put it back. EVERY TIME.
     
    It must have been something like Pokémon Cards or something.

    After getting a Saturday job I saved up enough money to get myself a 3DS and SSFIV:3D at launch though. :3
     
    First thing I ever bought with my own allowance was a gymnastics Barbie or something. She was more poseable action figure than a regular Barbie though so I'm not ashamed to think back on this.

    When I got my first real job, my mom insisted I spend my paycheque on something fun (she's weird) so I bought an Xbox 360. :D

    lol The first thing I've ever bought with my own money? hmn..It was prolly some type of food. cuz i can be a real fatty.
    Buuuuuuuuuuuut when I got my first ever official job the first thing I ever bought was a piano that I never got around to mastering. XD; I'm about to start trying to learn again though! :)
