No one wants to rate my team? :(

Ok, your team lacks of some walls. Dusknoir is you only option...
So you can use Dusky as a mix wall, he can do a HUGE combination with our friend Blissey. Put him instead Vespiqueen

    Blissey@Leftovers
    Calm (+ Sp.Def,-Atk)
    Natural Cure
    EV: 252 HP/104 Sp.Atk/148 Sp.Def/4 Def

    Softboiled
    Aromatherapy
    Seismic Toss
    Ice Beam

Here you can also try T-wave, but you already have Zapdos for that.

Having a Zapdos, you also need a Spinner, Forretress will fit perfectly for your team:

    Forretress@Leftovers
    Relaxed (+Def,-Spe)
    Sturdy
    EV:252 HP/162 Atk/96 Def

    Gyro Ball
    Rapid Spin
    Spikes
    Explotion/Rest

Blow up or live a little more is up to you....

Remove Alakazam for make him a spot

Having Rhyperior (Physical) Zapdos (Special) and Arcanine (Mix) will make your team really good. You can also check Infernape instead your Arcanine, but he's so cool for put it out XD

Blissey without max defense is a failing Blissey. <.<

Itachi, how is Dusknoir NOT a wall? (Referring to the "Vespiqueen is this team's only wall" comment...)

with Zapdos and Vespy, you'll definitely want a Rapid Spinner to take out SR. I would replace Rhyinferior for some forretress action. this team could use the resistances.

Oops, I meant Dusknoir. <.< I know he's a wall, I just made a typo. Vespiquen doesn't really fit in.

I'll see what I can do.

    1. Alakazam @ Life Orb
    Ability: Synchronize
    EVs: 252 SAtk/252 Spd/4 HP
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Psychic
    - Focus Blast
    - Grass Knot
    - Calm Mind

Alakazam doesn't really have to worry about anyone trapping it, so go with Life Orb. Alakazam doesn't really have the defenses to Thunderwave anyone- same goes for Swagger.

    2. Vespiquen @ Sitrus Berry/Shed Shell
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Def/252 Sdef/4 Att
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Heal Order
    - Attack Order
    - Defend Order
    - Sweet Scent/Protect/Attract

I dunno much about Vespiquen, so I'll leave this be... but I would probably switch this out for someone else.

    3. Rhyperior @ Leftovers/ Choice Band
    Ability: Solid Rock
    EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 HP/4 Def
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Megahorn/ Fire Punch
    - Avalanche

First, Rhyperior doesn't have Synchronize. Go with Solid Rock, and give him Leftovers. No matter how many SDef EVs you pump into him, he still won't take a Special hit. Put all of that into Def. Change the nature to lower his SAtk, since he doesn't use that at all. Hammer Arm has the same coverage as Earthquake, so replace it. As for Horn Drill, it's a OHKO move- those are banned. Plus, it's unreliable.

    4. Arcanine @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Intimidation
    EVs: 252 Spd/ 252 SAtk/4 HP
    Modest Nature (+SAtk,, -Atk)
    - Heat Wave
    - Flame Thrower
    - Dragon Pulse
    - ExtremeSpeed

You already have Alakazam to cover your Special needs, so I'm not sure this guy is necessary. Then again, they cover completely different types, so I guess it's alright. Double Team is a hax move, and is banned- plus, it's unreliable. Crunch has no place on a Special set, so let's take that off. And Modest nature, because Arcy only has 100 bas SAtk.

    5. Zapdos @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Spd/ 252 SAtk/ 4 HP
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [GRASS]/ Hidden Power [ICE]
    - Metal Sound
    - Thunder Wave/ Substitute/ Roost

Special Sweeping Zapdos. Metal Sound can increase the damage done with Thunderbolt or force switches.

    6. Dusknoir @ Leftovers - Defensive Pokes like Dusknoir need Lefties.
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/ 72 Def/ 180 SDef - Dusknoir NEEDS max HP.
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) - Why lower his Defense? He needs it.
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Will-o-Wisp
    - Fire Punch/ Thunderpunch
    - Pain Split

Dusknoir needs the priority that Shadow Sneak offers. Confuse Ray is unreliable- Will-o-Wisp is a much better option (besides, Burn is one of the best conditions). An elemental punch for attacking, and Pain Split because Dusk NEEDS some recovery. Also, Double Team is banned.

No one wants to rate my team? :(
    I'm rating it...

It needs another wall. Also, all of your sweepers are Special-based- replace one of them for a good physical sweeper and/or mixed sweeper.

    thanks for the feed back
the reason why Rhyperior had the ability Synchroniz is because i copied and past the way i made Alakazam and for got to change that parrt same for Dusknoir but i copied Zapdos and forgot to change nature im going to update this using your advise.

Also what does HP Ice and HP Grass and the rest mean?

I know hp means hidden power ( i think )
    but..

Yep, HP = Hidden Power. Also, Hidden Power has different types, depending on the IV's.

HP is Hidden Power, yes, and [GRASS] and [ICE] is the type of the Hidden Power.

    1. Alakazam @ Life Orb
    Ability: Synchroniz
    EVs: 252 SAtk/252 Spd/4 HP
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Psychic
    - Focus Blast
    - Grass Knot
    - Calm Mind

Alakazam is best as an all out sweeper. T-Wave might work, but only on the switch. And you already have Calm Mind for when the opponent switches.

    2. Blissey @ Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure
    Bold Nature (+ Def,-Atk)
    EV: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Sp.Def/
    -Softboiled
    -Aromatherapy
    -Seismic Toss
    -Toxic/ Thunder Wave

Is that the new Blissey all the kids are using these days? Meh, I still prefer the classic Blissey, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

    3. Rhyperior @ Choice Band
    Ability: Solid Rock
    EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 HP/4 Def
    Adamant (+Atk,-Sp.Atk)
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Megahorn
    - Ice Fang

Looks good. Although I might replace Ice Fang with Avalanche- Rhyperior doesn't attack first too often. Then again, if you use it on the switch often, then I would stick with Ice Fang. Meh.

    4. Arcanine @ Choice Band
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
    - Flare Blitz
    - Extremespeed
    - Thunder Fang
    - Iron Tail

Go with Intimidate- Fire moves aren't really that common, and it can help to force switches. Crunch doesn't do much for Arcanine, while Thunder Fang allows him to damage bulky waters that may switch in on him.

    5. Zapdos @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 Spd/ 252 SAtk/ 4 HP
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [GRASS]/ Hidden Power [ICE]
    - Metal Sound
    - Thunder Wave

To be honest, I'm really not an expert with Zapdos, so it's best that I leave this be...

    6. Dusknoir @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 180 Sdef/ 78 Def/252 HP
    Careful (+Sp.Def,-Sp.Atk)
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Pain Split
    - Will-o-Wisp
    - Fire Punch/ Thunderpunch

Nooooo, Dusk needs max HP, ALWAYS. He has 45 base HP, man. And don't say Pain Split, because he can't use it when he's dead. He needs Will-o-Wisp so he can invest more EVs into SDef (Burn cuts the Atk of a Pokemon in half, by the way). As for EQ, that doesn't really do much to the Pokes that try to switch in to him. Go with one of the Punches, depending on who you want to counter.
Fire kills Heracross, who like to switch in on Will-o-Wisp for a free Guts boost.
Thunder kills Gyara, who likes to switch in to be a jerk.

Hmm... overall, it could still use some work. You don't need two CBers, so remove either Rhyperior or Arcanine. I'd recommend Rhyperior, so that you could switch him with a real physical wall.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and don't bold your changes next time. We raters make our edits in bold, so it's hard for our edits to stand out.
