    Fitness... one of the things people know they should do, but they don't. Then again... some are addicted to it. Where do you fall?

    How often do you take the trip down to the gym to get that cardio in or tone those flabby areas?

    I just play around with friends, such as a game of basketball or football to work on cardio, or lifting each other up and throwing them at each other for upper body strength.

    I'm a passive exerciser. I get by with the lifting I do at work and the few miles I tread while I'm there as well. I'm not one for going to the gym or jogging at the crack of dawn.

    I'm always telling myself "I'm going to the gym this weekend," but I always end up staying home and staring at my computer screen.

    I'm a competitive Irish dancer, so I'm an athlete. I jumprope after school everyday to improve my stamina, and practice my dancing. I also go to the gym evry now and then, so I'd say I'm pretty fit. : 3

    Gym is required everyday by my school for 45 minutes. So, everyday that I have school I do some kind of fitness stuff. As for the weekends and on my own time, I work out every once in a while. I do like playing a lot of sports so that helps too :3

    I'm somewhat very unfit. I should probably do something about it, just can't find the motivation to actually do it.

    Fitness? The thing I hate the most. I have such little coordination, I can't do anything.
    I took the Wii fitness test, they gave me the age of 80. T-T
    But I don't like sports, or fitness and such anyway. I like to think of myself as the boy who sits at the computer all day, get's good grades, and is the laziest person on the Earth. It's who I am, fitness just isn't my thing at all.. xD

    I would say I am quite fit, I do karate which I love, and well, I go gym now to get a little bit more muscle, which in turn would help with the Karate, so, all around, I ain't totally afraid of excercise.

    The only amount of fitness I do is gym, which I have to do thrice a week. And I hate gym so much, I suck at it, I just despise it to the highest degree possible and I would rather do more English (I don't like English classes that much, but I hate gym more...) You can be sedentary without being obese, you just need to consume a lower amount of calories than people who exercise do...

    @Tater Tot: The Wii Fitness test is designed for adults, thus you may not be getting accurate results... Also Wii Sports is based on luck mainly...

    I don't exercise. Not that I don't want to, it's that my dad only takes my brother to the gym, even though I ask to do a lot. I also have a really... REALLY fast metabolism, so I don't gain weight too easy.

    Wewt (b' ')b

    DDR =D
    Really the only way i exercise, and i have a very high metabolism so i don't exercise other than that.

    Silly people who go to gyms. :3

    I cycle everywhere I want to go, but don't actively exercise.

    I work at a gym, and I have free membership at that gym, but I never take advantage of it, which is sad. :/ I make up for it somewhat by playing DDR at home, but, still... IT'S NOT ENOUGH. >>; I have a terrible metabolism, and I put on weight really easily, so that doesn't help either.

    I enjoy using the trampoline, but I do that solely for enjoyment, not for fitness. I put no effort into keeping myself fit in any other way, either. However, I'm fortunate enough to be one of those people who never puts on weight.

    I'm not exactly fit, I'm catching up from a lazy sheltered childhood when I wasn't allowed out to play.

    I don't really have an exercise routine, I just do whatever I feel like. Sometimes I just feel like running when I'm going to and from places. I love getting puffed out and my heart racing. Sometimes I jog, too.

    I also climb trees, I'm trying to work on being able to support my body weight with my arms (pulling up branches with no foot-holds, etc). lso when I get up somewhere high it's a bit of a rush, but I start shaking and getting wabbly because I'm no good with heights. (why do I keep doing it? I don't know... the fear of falling is almost exciting, it's like a big challenge to stay attached to the tree, plus, I love trees)

    I mess around with my boyfriend... we punch, chop and kick (not hard enough to hurt, more for evasiveness and accuracy). We also use our weight against each other to try to push each other back, mostly by holding hands and pushing that way. That actualy gets pretty tiring.

    I don't lift weights very often... only occasionally when I feel like it.

    I could be fitter, but I'm improving day by day.

    I'm not really fit, as I don't do any kind of sport, except for the sport that I'm forced to do at school. Although I enjoy fitness, usually during the holidays I promise myself I will go out for a run during the week.. which I do.. for a while.. but then I get lazy. XD

    For some reason, I guess I just have a lot of energy, as I seem to do pretty well in cross country.

    My mom goes to the gym, but her gym is free. ;D Growing up in the military, I always wonder why you have to pay to go to the gym in the US. @___@;;

    I walk, but I don't work out, despite the fact there's a free fitness center two minutes away. I'm not the most fit person in the world, so I don't really like going there. Not to mention I don't really own workout pants.
    Besides, walking's fun, and it keeps me from gaining too much weight, if I've gained weight this year at all.

    I'm in middle school athletics. I play middle school football and basketball, and I lift weights and run on a weekly basis.
