Standard Kyogre with an EV spread that is oh-so wrong. Why on earth would you stick maximal Defense EVs on it and completely neglect its Sp.Attack even though you use a Modest nature? Use a little common sense and check an uber guide for the right EV spread. I imagine that it's full speed with the rest in SAtk and HP, btw.

Please decide on your moves. Also, never EVER use Groudon and Kyogre on the same team. Their abilities contradict. Also, more Speed on Groudon, please. It's supposed to get in a couple of SDances and then sweep through, and that won't work without the right amount of Speed.

Bleah, Rayquaza. If you go with this spread then make it a full CB set, otherwise divert some EVs from Speed to defensive stats (I'd say HP). It doesn't need to have full speed if it's going to speed up and sweep, but it does need to be tough enough to take a hit or two when buffing.

Three words: why the heck? Why have you spent half of Mewtwo's EVs on a stat that it doesn't need? Remove all EVs from Attack and give it some speed and preferably some more HP as well. BTW, this is the uber metagame, and since so many ubers are Psychic type you won't have much use for Psychic, STAB or no. CM will do you much more good. Also, I'd suggest outfitting it with a countermove for either Kyogre or Groudon (Thunder or Solarbeam), Thunder could be used penaltylessly since you're leading with Kyogre, so why refuse a free power boost (and increase in para rate)? If you keep Groudon you could, in a similar fashion, use Solarbeam without penalties.

No trait and a sucky EV spread make Celebi a sad celery stalk. .___. By the way, the only reason one would ever use Celebi in uber is for clericing. So please use it as a cleric. Blissey would work better for this, though.

Fire Punch on the same team as Kyogre? Get real. There's also no point in wasting EVs on Def with Alakazam, and you've got Mewtwo on the team to do spec. sweeping better. Switch this for a bulky walling type like Lugia. You need them.

I'm no uber expert, so I can't give you the correct spreads, but I do know that those are all wrong. 252, 252, 4 spreads fail on anything except CB sweepers and a few others, so don't use them. That is all.
