3rd Gen Fortree City-invisible object

How do I get past the unseen object at Fortree?

Get the thing (what was it?) from Steve (go past the city) and use the object!

Oh, it's "Devon Scoope"! ;)

Go to Route 120 (its on the right of Fortree City) keep going till you run into Steven, he will give you a Devon Scope. Go back to the unseen object use the Devon Scope on it. Oh and by the way that unseen object is a Kecleon so you mine want to catch it, thay are kind of rare on the games.

Yeah I got stuck on it for a while too :P Also, the devon scope has use in other places further on...
