    tell me forum makers that are free. right now i have something firewall that block:

    This would really be better in Webmasters' Resources.
    But there's HyperBoards, ProBoards, DK3..

    In my opinion, InvisionFree is the best for free boards with automatic setup need your own host.

    And if you're having firewall problems, you can get around them by sites such as The Cloak.
     
    PHPBB are always good. It is quite powerful. Just make sure your web host allows PHP.
     
    If you have php/MySQL SMF, phpBB or vB is the way to go.
