Berrys can be found almost anywhere. Most people get them from wild pokemon. BUT There is another way. Berry forest holds 10 berrys everyday! To find a berry you must go to the dark green peice of grass. Face it and press "A". They grow back after 24 hours

Outside the Indago Platau (1 Berry)
Berry Forest (Island 3) (10 Berrys)
Route 24-25 (3 Berry)
Route 6 (1 Berry)
Route 7 (1 Berry)
Route 8 (3 Berrys)
Left of Mt. Moon Pokecenter (Between 3 rocks) (1 Berry)
Memorial Pillar (Island 5) (3 Berrys)
Known Pokemon that hold berrys:
Growlthe - Rawst Berry
Vulpix - Rawst Berry
Jigglypuff - Oran Berry
Snorlax - Chesto Berry
Pikachu - Oran Berry
Meoth pick up berrys with its "Pick Up" ability.
