3rd Gen Gameboy Advance AR Converter???

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a Gameboy Advance AR Converter on the internet, because I want to be able to convert gameshark and xploder codes in to Action replay codes. Can anyone help?

I'm not sure if it'll work with Xploder, but it uses the same format as GS so I don't see why it wouldn't.
