as far as i know, the psyducks are just normal psyducks, random nature, no ribbon, random lv, the only difference is that it was caught my a director of game frak

I haven't gotten a Gamefreak Psyduck yet... Too busy stealing people's Ponyta with my ugly Psyduck army. 8D
