    _[a id]faq[/a id]Frequently Asked Questions

    Do Destiny Knots Stack?
    Nope.

    What about Power Items?
    Nope, those don't stack either.

How do I get a Pokémon with a Hidden Ability in a Moon Ball, Fast Ball etc.?
Unfortunately, you can't. Since only the Female can pass down the ball, you can't pass down balls from Gen IV because Hidden Abilities didn't exist back then. It doesn't matter if you're breeding a female Pokémon with a certain ball with a male with a Hidden Ability, because males only pass down their ability when breeding with Ditto.

Lois & Hal from Sea Mauville didn't give me the Destiny Knot!?!? [ΩR & αS only]
Calm down, this happens. When you battle them again, save in front of them so you can soft reset (restart the game by pressing L+R+Select+Start) in case you don't get it. Be sure you're rematching them, and their Pokémon are level 51. When the battle is over, whoever you talked to to initiate the battle might give you the Destiny Knot. If not, reset and try again. You can always go win a Master Contest if this isn't working.

I would like to suggest to edit 'Lois & Hal didn't give me the Destiny Knot!?!?' into 'Lois & Hal from Sea Mauville didn't give me the Destiny Knot!?!? [ΩR & αS only]' for a more delicate touch. ;)

As well as, 'Lumiose City (after defeating Beauty Aimee)' into 'Lumiose City — An Alley between Vert Plaza and Gate 4 (reward after defeating Beauty Aimee)'.

    X&Y Quick Reference
Sweet Scent: Oddish — Route 6 (Sweet Scent, fails if it is raining)

Attack: Bellsprout (1 each) — Route 14 (Rains occasionally)
Weepinbell, Arbok (2 each) — Route 19 (Rains occasionally)
Special Attack: Vanillite, Smoochum (1 each) — Frost Cavern

Just my suggestion though. Thanks for this thread Nurse Joy! :)
