Hi guys! Let me (or another admin) know if you figure you need more forums! Either public or only open to you, or only open to you and Event Organisers you have chosen.
The way I envision it (but others have more experience and likely know better how this actually usually works), you guys are the GT "seniors", EOs will be GT "hosts/mods" as you decide works best (and you guys can double as hosts if you like) and there isn't really a need for more levels than that. Of course, double check every time with admins before confirming to any member that they can be an EO.
The GT is meant to be a big event, running usually for at least one week, sometimes several, with many events and opportunities for people to talk and play games and compete together. Let's make it the very best :)
