3rd Gen Getting Past Kecleon

Okay... my brother is being extra lazy, not finding it out on the internet somewhere himself, or not even asking here for help himself. So yeah

How do you get past the Kecleon guarding the Fortree Gym? We're just replayingr the game and forgot how to do that..

Just keep moving on beyond Fortree and Steven will give you the item needed to see Kecleon

The item that you are needing is called the Devon Scope. It is used to see invisible Pok?mon. Keep going beyond Fortree to the right & on the bridge Steven is waiting for u and gives you the Devon Scope.
