Jingle bells! Jingle Bells! Gifts of Surprise is back for 2024, a pokemon game that channels the holiday spirit of joy and giving. Players give away cool pokemon of a select type to strangers on Surprise trade to spread the season's magic. Eligible typings are chosen from participating pokemon clubs. This year you can trade Psychic types for Cosmic Channelers Ghost types for the Spirit Sanctuary, Ice types for Glacial Gathering, Dragon types for Dragon Ascent, Steel types for Spirit of Steel or Poison/bug types for Ariados's Web Membership in a club is not required to trade types for a gift of surprise, all Pokecommunity members are welcome to play!

Any player who trades a box of 30 pokemon of one of these types or a combination of types if they are paired, will be awarded the exclusive new holiday badge to pin on their flair! Custom designed by Lavemu. You may also receive your choice of either a Delibird or Iron Bundle VPP courtesy of Devalue, Megan and Starlight!

The winner of the Gifts of Surprise event is the club that receives the most pokemon back on Surprise trade of the same type that they're trading, and that club will be honored with Rekoil's special trophy.
