GIMP for Mac question

    After I installed GIMP and placed it into my Applications folder, it refuses to open and says "The application dbus-launch quit unexpectedly"

    Help? lol
     
    make sure that you downloaded the correct version for your system (intel/ppc, tiger/leopard)
    and Make sure that you have a recent version of X11-User. GIMP runs using the X11 Window system and will not function outside of it.
     
    Are you on a PPC or Intel processor, what version of OS X and X11 are you running, and what version and build of GIMP are you running?
