2nd Gen Glitch City?

About...4 years ago my friend Max and I were talking about Pokemon games and cool glitches. He told me about how Fucia City can be glitched into 'Glitch City' by doing this surfing thing that was too complicated for me to do it.
But recently, while going online, I've seen 'Glitch City' come up...how do I get to this place, and what do you do there?

yeah ive been there it's not that great.its just jumbled letters and weird pokemon.

if u want to go there just write in google and say 'pokemon cheats'.
