Charge Beam/Baton Pass/Hidden Power Fire/Ice. That's the set. Edit: Forgot about Charge Beam, that's Calm Mind's job.

That is from the guides sticky...I've used celebi, you need to use timid. It needs the speed. 4 more EVs in speed for HP fire.

I don't think there's a single right answer. Celebi has alot of sets. Don't forget the swords dance set, you'd opt for adamant then! xd

I used the adamant set...it was so surprising it swept a few teams lol

Yes, see? Celebi can use a bunch of natures, maybe not to the extent of mew, but still. I think the swords dance set has a chance to sweep because no one expects it.

The special tank set works the best...it just does. Don't forget leech seed, the most annoying move ever.

Just nitpicking. EVs don't affect the type of Hidden Power you get. It's the IVs. X.x;

I know...I mean, celebi needs 300 speed. HP fire needs a 30 speed IV instead of a 31...which is why I mentioned that. YEah, HP type relies on IVs, which can actually effect the EV spread.
