Subpuncher or just yawn to force the switch, either way works. Blastoise can't sweep and 2 water moves is useless.

nicku, please take jc's suggestions. Oh, and here is Dodrio:

Dodrio @ Choice Band
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Quick Attack
- Return
- Steel Wing (meh, but HP Ground is impossible to get)

I love Dodrio. A STAB Return and DP hurts. A LOT. QA is great as a finishing move.

Physical attacks are definite no-nos on Blisseys. That's stupid.
For Golduck, you can replace Hydro Pump with the more accurate and more PP Surf.
As for Rapidash, don't use more than one attack of the same type unless needed. You can change Fire Blast to something more useful like Bounce or Hypnosis.

Here, I'll recommend a moveset.
Blastoise - Surf, Rest, Rain Dance, Earthquake
Persian - Slash, Iron Tail, Toxic, Thunderbolt
Dodrio - Substitute, Flail, Quick Attack, Drill Peck
Blissey - Softboiled, Toxic, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt (Bolt-beam)
Golduck - Surf, Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Psychic (Sweeper)
Rapidash - Sunny day, Flamethrower, Solarbeam, Bounce

Rapidash - Sunny day, Flamethrower, Solarbeam, Bounce

Fixed it a little, try learning a bit more since there are pokemons that can get better moves than the ones you suggested. Btw lugialord, Hp grass/ice is nearly impossible to get on zappy.
