Gran Turismo 4, anyone?

I was wondering, is there anyone on these forums that likes this awesome racing game besides me? I'm sure there must be someone... It's just too good of a game to miss. Forza Motorsport for X-box may have it beaten in some areas, but I still like it better.

I loved Gran Turismo 3. I still need to get GT4. Is Forza any good? I'm leaning towards that because it has online capabilities....

Well, I happen to own both games and while Forza does support online with Xbox Live, has Ferrari and has tracks that GT 4 doesn't, Gran Turismo 4 is still a great game just because of the Circuit De La Sarthe, lots of real life tracks, tons of races, purpose built Prototype cars and a lot of other goodies too.

Overall... GET THEM BOTH!!

I love Grand Turismo 4. It's just awesome. I love the cars, the races, everything. I think it's beter than that game for X-Box

Yeah, I'd get them both, too. While Forza has the online and better customization, i really hate the controls, and it just feels...weird. And it doesn't have the Pagani Zonda LM Race Car, either. :D

Hell yeah, I played GT4! Only as a rental, but still...I have it on my Memory Card. 5% done?

Forza Motorsport is GT4 with some NFSU2 in it, plus graphics that don't push the XBox's limits and Online capabilities. But I don't have XBox and I don't want to play online. And customization (decals) force Forza to lose its "Driving Simulator" status, and it starts to lean towards more of an arcade racer. Don't get me started on the controls. X means go and /\ means stop on the DS2. I still don't fully understand the XBox's controller.

I just reached 70% and I can't seem to but the controler down. GT3 was a huge let down with few cars and none of them all to good. In GT4 however...lets put it this way, there are cars you'll win or find as used that you won't see until you get even 3/4 done with the game...tons of cars you can't buy, that you have to win...and once you've won them you can buy them...WOW! This game blew my mind and Forza in the end CAN NOT COMPETE.
