does anyone know what ever became of the GS ball in the series because after ash won the Orange leagues, i phased out and dont know what the heck happened to it. PLease detail it...

he gave it to pro oke and then he gave it to some one elese! there you go!

He gave it to the creator of pokeballs. I bet the pokemon in there is legendary. I hope its mew or lugia. They're cool!

I'm sure it was a cerbria. That's what it is in the game (Japan had one of those wireless adapters in one of the G/S/C games but took it out for us :()

    Here's how it goes:

After the Orange League, Ash and co. travelled back to Pallet Town (meeting Brock again). Ash gave the GS Ball to Prof. Oak, he looked over it and asked Ash if he would take it to Kurt in Azelea Town in Johto. Ash said that he would and whilst there he would compete in the Johto League. When the gang finally got to Azelea Town, Ash gave the GS Ball to Kurt but Kurt didn't know what was in it, how to unlock it etc.
Kurt told Ash to go back after the Johto League to get it back because by then he will have opened it but Ash never went back...

We did a gag about this on my station last friday where it turned out there was nothing inside it (sort of a play on Al Capone's vault).

Some mysteries of the show will probably remain unrevealed for some time, if not forever. If they wanted to, though, they could tie it in with the next TCG set coming in Japan.
