→ A flash of lightning.

It was a typical summer evening. Merryweather had been tending to her flowers and was about to go and feast on a lovely meal cooked by Flora, when a flash of lightning tore through the sky. Dropping her watering can, Merryweather stared at the rolling clouds, the sudden harsh darkness dropping over her garden, the tinge of green smoke appearing in the air.

Fauna rushed outside, followed shortly by Flora, still with her oven mittens on. "What happened, Merryweather?" Fauna asked. "Is everything alright?"

Merryweather looked at the other Good Fairies gravely.

"It's happening," she said, closing her eyes.

"They're back."

dawn of day one.


→ Evil occurs for the first time in forever.

Mulan was fed up already. Everyone had been told to be careful, to lock themselves in their homes, to watch out for the impending doom. But Mulan wasn't about that life; she was a strong independent woman who could take on the villains on her own. Sneaking out of her house after dark, she saw someone else scurrying around. Mulan's eyes were good, but in the darkness she couldn't make out the face of the mystery late-night runner. Confident they were a Villain, she drew her bow and launched an arrow, which sailed soundlessly through the night. The arrow grazed the leg of her opponent, who screamed and whirled around. Disappointed in herself for not landing a fatal blow (and for only bringing one arrow with her), Mulan ran back to her house, leaving her victim limping to arrive at her intended destination.

Meanwhile, Elsa had just tucked herself into bed in her castle, when she heard a series of loud knocks downstairs. Grumbling to herself, she walked downstairs and opened the door, seeing a frail lady with a hood over her head. Elsa gasped. "What are you doing outside so late! Come inside," she said, beckoning. "It's dangerous to be outside at night. Haven't you heard about the Villains?"

The frail-looking lady nodded silently and stepped inside with the aid of her walking stick. "Would you like anything? A cup of tea? Some chocolate?" Elsa asked.

The frail lady said nothing, but merely dropped her hood, revealing striking green eyes, and pointed her staff straight at aeternum's heart, sending a powerful beam straight at him.

Being a heavy sleeper, Anna didn't even realise anything was wrong until morning. Sleep still in her eyes, she walked downstairs, calling out to her sister about the breakfast she was going to cook. As she came down the stairs, she stopped in her tracks, seeing her sister's lifeless body on the ground.

"Elsa, no!" Collector Elwood howled, dropping to her knees. She had saved her sister once before, but this time she was too late. Tears still in her eyes, she ran towards the nearby ocean and jumped in, never to rise again.

→aeternum is dead. He was Elsa.


→Collector Elwood is dead. He was Anna.

edit: okay, after deliberating about sharing this for the past ten minutes or so, I've decided it's definitely best to. Rapunzel is still alive, so she can help me out.

Such an early RR could be costly, but I'm going to try it.

I'm Ariel. Last night I shared Belle's ability to investigate another player. I investigated Mana, and learned that he's The Queen of Hearts.

Well, I mean we do have two protector roles. You think it would be worth it for anyone to really speak up yet?

edit: That wasn't 10 minutes! But hell that's something pretty big...

edit: too many edits! and it was about ten minutes, because I got the PM notifying me about half an hour ago, and noticed it a few minutes before the phase went up haha
 
While it could be a mafia ploy to pin it on someone...We gotta kill someone and usually it's just random so why not bandwagon off of what could be a good hint? That's...such a bold move, mafia or otherwise so let's roll with it.

Let's also hope Olaf's role wasn't tied to them, cause he just lost any usefulness if that's the case.
