Has Jessie ever used Wobbuffet in a contest?

I was woundering seeing how Wobbuffet is by far Team Rockets strongest Pokemon(if you go by the ability/attacks it has in the games it is anyway), has Jessie ever used it in a Pokemon Contest, and does anyone think that she should?

I would personlly love to see Wobbuffet get some real on screen action instead of just popping up out of know where to scream "Wobbuffet" when ever they say there motto or "blast off".

Kwl thanks i missed the end of the Hoenn saga (i was on Holiday when they where on in the UK) so i never got to watch it, im going to try and watch it soon because i have allways wanted to see Wobbuffet in action :D

and Yeah Wobbuffett is considdered Uber, i guess there so caught up in catching Pikachu they forgot thet one of there pokemon is prity much invincible with the right moveset of course.

well, tr's wobbuffet has counter and mirror coat, so if they had some brains, they could actually kidnap pikachu. especially since pikachu is always using thunderbolt.
