Hi guys I have a question it's for a friend that bought some weird cards and I need to know if they're fake or not for me it's fake but he said that it's Japanese ones 😂

Absolutely fake, and quite the odd mash-up! (The e-Reader symbol hasn't been used since Gen. III and Pokémon GO has nothing to do with the TCG.) Just out of curiosity, are the fronts just as wild or do they look fairly normal?

I believe these are the only official Pokémon TCG card backs (excluding the various "official proxy" World Championship deck backs):
