    I've made a character called Grinder Guy!

    Uh...I'm not sure if this is the correct place to move it. *shrugs* But it does have to do with manga/comics. ^_^;;

    I like designing my own characters, I'm currently writing out a story and after I complete that I will draw pictures/manga to it. It is difficult to design the clothing.

    I've been drafting a story for the last three years or so, I've gone through many various versions of the same people, world, plot and all that. I'm finally almost happy with what I have, I've drafted the final plot lines for it all…I've well over 500 hours working on the thing0.o I know it's to much, but I plan to have that as my life. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to make a manga with deep meaning and that also has to be appealing.

    So, I kinda hope mine is shonen-esq enough to appeal to the mainstream, and deep enough to appeal to people like…the NGE fans. MY friends think it's strange that this is what I want to do with my life and that I've spent SO much time on it. I've actually drawn out 7 different versions of the same episode one, which all took me about a month each…it takes a good while before you get the grasp of it with the supplies.

    On the actual characters, I've drafter 4 versions of each of the main affecting characters, and around 7 or 9 versions of side-characters. It takes forever to think of someone good though, you have to think of their personality and how that is going to effect the way they look. This is a really though career and I commend anyone who has enough talent, patience and courage to go with it.

    On a side note: I'm applying with Kodansha next year, I'm sending a one shoot to their yearly mangaka talent search…and I get a Kanji assistant if I win, so that would help people like us who are not very fluent in it.

    Well, I love to draw and so far I've created a lot of different characters. ^_^ Right now I've been playing with ideas for a Pokemon comic for my friends and I. We've all designed our own characters and I've drawn most of them, so now all that we have left to do is make up a good storyline. That's the hard part... Since it's just a fun little one just for us it doesn't have to be perfect, but I'd still like for it to be interesting.

    My comics aren't professionally done in any aspect, but I'm still really fond of each of the designs I've given the characters in my comic book, Super Monkey. The story in a nutshell is about a superhero named Super Monkey, (Hence the title, hehe) and all the antics he and his friends get themselves into. The plot is fairly basic, but the main factor I was aiming for wasn't all-out action or drama, but just a small, entertaining comic that one might get a kick out of. It's brimming with the sort of jokes I make on a daily basis, meaning that they're often rather corny, hehe. If anything I really enjoy creating each and every issue, (Although I only have a few that I've actually finished, and those ones are extremely short, ah hehe...) so it's fun to do in my spare time.

    I Can't really draw well, BUT I'm pretty good at character making and storylines! And I've made tons of characters.

    I actually have made a marvel-esque super hero before...

    His name is Mechageek. He was genetically engineered at birth to be the world's smartest human being. Like most of the people that were genetically engineered at birth, he is held in captivity for further reseach. It isn't until he's 16 that he escapes and makes his way to the closest major city. He lives with an elderly couple who take him in as their own child. One day, one of the genetic lab's goons kills his step-father. Te escapes being captured by hiding in the attic. up there, he finds his step-father's old army stuff, and he forges a mechanical bioarmor out of it. This bioarmor is equipped with a jetpack, laser and ballistic weapons, bombs, and adaptability units. blah blah...I'd go on, but I'm sure I'd bore y'all even more...XD

    I should post my sketches of Mechageek and his archenemy Dr. Psycho

    notsomuch comic book character... but i've made some crazy superheros and i have drawn some scenes out frame by frame.
    the coolest so far is "The Baker" he's a cool guy that wears a white suit and has really long red hair. his super power is the power of SOURDOUGH BREAD!
    he concentraits his energy and holds his hands close together and a bagette begins to form as he pulls his hands apart.
    as he makes the loaf he yells "BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGEEEEEEEEEEEEETTE!"
    ya, it's pretty cool. his hair goes all DBZ when he's powering up his bread. and then he uses the sourdough loaf as a fighting staff because it's indesructable except to his teeth (so he can eat it after he's wooped on his nemisis "the butcher")

    Me love it the commics, they are so awesom....

    A bunch. I made up the Nova Warriors from my first RPG that I'm making. I might make a Manga out of it.

    For Pokemon,

    Spoiler alert:

    Manachu, which is what Pikachu evolves into in my Neo Destiny fic.

    *points to current avatar* That's one of my characters! =D Crudely drawn, but it's Shu-chan nonetheless. <3

    Anyway, I've got 3 ideas on the go right now. They're all at completely different stages, but none are ready to be turned into manga yet. ;_;

    With the first, I started it a few years back. *points once more to her avatar* Shuichi's in it, along with several of my other characters. At first I had no idea what the plot was, and I'm still not completely sure, but I've got all the characters I wanna use. o_O; Right now, it's very likely to turn out being shounen-ai. XP

    The second is sort of a... .hack-ish thing. =\ It's like an online game setting. I'm having a LOT of problems with the character designs, though. T_T It's hard figuring out how many classes I'll have and what the basic designs will be for each one. Sadly, this is the only one I don't have to do a ton of research on. xD;

    The third one will deal with past lives and reincarnation. ^_^ I think it's a very interesting concept, so I want to learn all about it... and then this is the perfect excuse. XD; No idea about the plot or characters, but it should be a good way to express my beliefs. =x

    I have various Disney and Warner Bros. type animal characters (complete with the unoriginal name, such as "Chicky Chicken"). I like drawing that way, but I need an actual picture of the animal first for reference, otherwise it looks like nothing.

    I have comic book people. But it's not like actual comic books or manga or graphic novel type stuff. It's like Sundary Funnies type stuff. When I draw that way I use a style that look like Banjo-Kazooie and Garfield merged, but it works. For these types of characters... I've actually based them on my life. The character based on me is named Clive and the character based on Erica is named "No Name" (at the moment anyway/ We haven't thought of something yet.)
