[Other] Health bars etc offset locations

    Anyone know the offsets for these, and do they need tile mapping? I'm currently looking to edit the health bars and portrats etc that are found when battling. I can't seem to find the offsets for the pallet or images. I've scrolled through my rom a few times with no luck. any help would be greatly appreciated!
