    Well i need a free gif program i can download doe any one know where i can get one?
     
    You can use The GIMP to create animations.
    It's free, easy to use, and supports all needed features (including transparency). There are also a lot of pictured guides around the internet, if you get stuck once.
     
    You can, but it might take practice.
