Help! Dell wireless won't work

My mom's dell latitude X300's wireless won't work. I tried to set up the connection but it seems like the computer can't detect the card. I don't know what's going on. If someone can solve the problem, it will be greately appreciated. thank you.

I installed the drivers and checked device manager. It isn't under network devices but seems to be under others with 2 other things with a yellow question mark icon. I've no idea what to do with them.

So what should i do now? I downloaded the driver as dell directed and still nothing happens.
